Storytelling for a change
Storytelling is a tool that can be used for a variety of purposes, including conveying company values, sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration between teams and creating experiences. How to use storytelling in your hotel
Scenario: Each hotel will host two formations:
- Training 1: Storytelling / Hotel Culture; (8 hours)
- Training 2: Storytelling / User Experience; (8 hours)

Facilitation Leadership

Leadership and Coaching (24 hours | 4 hours each module)
Contents:
Module 1: The shared vision and common goals
Module 2: Results to be achieved versus effort
Module 3: Communication for the future
Module 4: Collaboration and power sharing
Module 5: The art of giving feedback
Module 6: Leader's Action Plan
Calendar: February 13, 20 and 28, March 6, 20 and 25, 2020 from 2:15 pm to 6:15 pm.

Trainer: Cristina Madeira Trainer, Executive & Team Coach:
- 18 years of experience in Hospitality and Tourism in different functions in the areas of management and operation (housing, events, sales and marketing and training);
- Degree in Hotel Management and Management (EHSTE), Postgraduate in Hotel Management (ISLA);
- Advanced Training in Personal and Professional Development (Catholic University of Lisbon);
- Executive Coach since 2009 and Team Coach certified by ICF at the European Coaching School;
- Currently develops national and international projects as a Senior Training Consultant.
