The Institute of Employment and Professional Training, IP (IEFP, IP or simply IEFP) is a body of the Portuguese State, which operates throughout the continental territory and its mission is to combat unemployment through active employment policies, vocational training, employment-placement contracts and other measures to support entrepreneurship and the creation of employment.
